Shipping Policy

At Haven by Lindsey Colhoun Design, we carefully package and ship each order with care.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days after purchase.  During busy periods, holidays, or shop events, processing times may be slightly longer.  You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package size, weight, and destination.

Shipping Issues

Once an order has been shipped, Haven by Lindsey Colhoun Design is not responsible for:

• Lost packages

• Delayed shipments

• Packages marked delivered by the carrier

If you experience an issue with shipping, we recommend contacting the carrier directly.
