At Haven by Lindsey Colhoun Design, each piece in our curated collection is thoughtfully sourced in small batches. Because of this, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed. Please review product descriptions, measurements, and details carefully before completing your purchase. If you have any questions about an item prior to purchasing, we are always happy to assist.

 

Damages or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Photos of the item and packaging may be required in order to process a replacement or resolution.
